So, I know that that finale was a bit hard to watch… but let’s just hope that Serena finally does come to her senses and realize just how horrible Dan is. I still cannot believe that they actually stole our Bar!Sex.. but the good news? It happened at the divorce party. Ours happened at a wedding. And, I feel like it would literally be impossible to ignore Dan’s treatment of Serena at this point considering the spiral his words sent her on. I’m hoping for what would make sense logically at this point – and there’s a better chance of that actually happening now that Safran is gone, hahaha. Keep the faith, guys!
Anyway, I do come bearing two Nate spoilers for next season, as well as Serena’s state of mind following the finale — brought to us by none other than Stephanie Savage! We’ve definitely missed her!

Spotted: The CW renewing Gossip Girl – but for the last time!
After renewing The Vampire Diaries, Supernatural and 90210 last week, we’ve learned that Gossip Girl will also be returning to the CW’s lineup in the fall. Gossip Girl’s sixth season will also be its last…and a shortened final season at that! Like One Tree Hill before it, Gossip Girl will wrap up its series with an 11-episode outing.
Not returning for the swan-song season is showrunner Josh Safran, who is leaving to take over NBC’s Smash. What’s more, showrunner Stephanie Savage — who developed the show with Josh Schwartz — has promoted Co-EP Sara Goodman to exec producer, replacing Smash-bound Josh Safran.
Hopefully this is just enough episodes to let GG go back to it’s roots: Dan in Brooklyn, Serena and Blair and the NJBC. Prayer circle, ya’ll.
Amber and Tati talk to the vacant space of haters who did not love this episode – namely myself and Daniela – while Katie is the smartest. At some point, we all debate Vampire Diaries. Full disclosure? We’re Stelena fans, sorry – except Daniela, who loves Delena and thus gets a little ganged up on. Katie, again, is smart not to have an opinion. But, deep in her heart, she knows Stefan is flawless, tbh.
Amber’s vocal stylings blow both Glee and Smash out of the water. Eat your heart out, Josh Safran. And Ryan Murphy. Even if you combined forces to create the most confusing, least consistent musical show of all time, Amber would still defeat you.
We do talk about Gossip Girl, though, promise. We are especially interested in WTF is happening in the promos for next week. Finale time, here we come!!!!!!
