Season Finale Spoilers!

What was the turning point for Serena in season 1?
Maybe the night of the Shepherd wedding (strictly, that’s two turning points), That was before Season 1 chronologically, but covered in flashbacks in the pilot and 1.17.
Maybe 1.12, on Christmas Eve (sorry).
But I would vote for 1.17, when Lily persuaded her she wasn’t to blame for the secret she’d been carrying around with her for more than a year.
The turning point in Season 1 for Serena was definitely 1×17. She was able to let go of an immense amount of guilt, her and Dan ended and where did she end up by the end of the episode? Running into Nate and walking into the summer smiling. I’m hoping the same turn of events happens this season finale.
